Born in 1975, Dt. Cemil KAVAKOĞLU, Diyarbakır Science High School in 1993
In 1999, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry.
Following his military service, he worked in a private hospital in Lüleburgaz in 2001-2002. In 2007, Dt. Orkun founded Medica Dental Clinic with Orkun ANIK in 2007 and still continues his duty.
